Our Feather Flag comes in 1 size, 14ft, and with 2 options on the base. Ground spike is good for grass / dirt only. The cross base is great for when you need to place it in a parking lot or on a sidewalk. Water bag comes with the cross base and helps add extra weight to hold it down. You may need more weight with higher winds.
Turnaround: 3 business days to complete from approval and payment, then it goes into shipping with either UPS or FedEx ground. Cut off time 2pm CST.

For Customers ordering replacement flags, you must have hardware from Sign Outpost. Our flags are larger than most others hardware and will not fit properly. Please make sure when ordering this non-refundable item that you have our hardware.
To make your feather flags last longer, we do recommend bringing them in after each event. They can be folded up and stored away for the following week. Depending on geographical location, if you want to leave your feathers out every day, your life expectancy will vary. Many things come in to consideration on how long your product will hold up, but most will only make it around 6-9 months if left out on a daily basis on average. Heat, freezing temperatures, and winds over 25 mph will all have a dramatic impact on shortening the life of the feathers. We recommend using this product to catch the eye of the visitors on the day or weekend of the event, grand opening, or sale promotion.
Single Sided vs Double side print: Single sided feather flags bleed through to the backside. You will see the print on the backside reversed and with the colors faded. For bright flags easily readable on both sides we do suggest double sided. Most "welcome" feathers we find ordered in single sided to allow the budget to go further and to get more to place out by the roadside. When branding with your colors and statements, we find double sided works better so both sides of the print are true to copy. Double sided feather flags are two pieces of gray backed flag material sewn together. This gives you the same look on both sides. You can order a double side feather with different statements on both sides of the flag. There is no additional fee for customizing your feather flag.

Shipping and Handling...
- We ship all our feather flags using FedEx ground and FedEx Economy Intl' for those outside the USA.
- Alaska & Hawaii do take longer to arrive than our closer 48 states.
- We can expedite shipping for express delivery, but you must call in to check available options.
- Stock Feather Flag Designs in limited quantities ship with in 3 business days upon the clearing of payment.
- Custom Orders vary depending on approval of artwork. Once artwork is approved and paid, the order will ship with the same time requirements as our stock banners.
- Customers can choose other carriers for their packages, but they must call to place their order and shipping preferences. There may be additional charges for the different carrier requirements.
- Most packages in the 48 states will arrive within 3-5 business days upon leaving our warehouse. Please do know that packages will not be shipping for 3 days after an order is placed. All flags are print on demand and take 2-3 days to complete before they can ship.
- Tracking for your package is sent once it has been processed and an email is sent to the one provided at check-out.
EXAMPLE OF GROUND SHIPPING on all approved Feather Flag orders
- Paid stock feather flags which need no approval go to print right away. If ordered by 2pm CST Monday they will ship by Thursday. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive.(48 states, international shipping times vary).
- Custom flag orders will have proofs sent within 1 business day of the order placed. Once confirmation is approved on the custom proof, banner will ship within 3 business days of approval. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder incase you do not see a proof.
- Suggestion: give yourself 10days from order to receiving. We try hard even with the high volume seasons to get the flags out fast for you in order to have on time for decorating your storefront or parking lot.
- Do note that a custom order can not print until payment and an email approval has been received. If our design team does not receive an approval, it will not go to print. These times are based on APPROVED file orders.
Payment and Return Policies for Refund
- Orders must be paid in full before printing and shipping can be completed.
- FEATHER FLAGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- Any defects or misprints on our behalf Sign Outpost will print and ship immediately new flags out to you on our behalf. We want to make sure you receive what your ministry ordered.
- Stock feather flag designs are print on demand. Only a store credit towards your purchase will be given if it meets our store policy. If you wish to return them after receiving, customers must call to receive an RA NUMBER within 14 days of arrival. Shipping & Handling is not refundable. Once an RA is given the flags must arrive within two weeks or we will no longer be able to issue an in-store credit.
- For custom feather flags, we unfortunately can not take them back. No returns and no store credit will be issued. If it is a misprint on our behalf we will gladly fix and reship out new flags immediately. Customer must call in within 5 days of receiving their package to inform us of the issue on the feather flag.
- Feather Flag Hardware may incur a 25% restocking fee depending on the quantity. For questions, please ask a representative before placing your order.
- Shipping Expense on your invoice is non-refundable and shipping approved items back is paid for by the customer.
